We reserve the right to cancel or amend reservations in exceptional circumstances (e.g. private events, unforeseen closures), and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
Submitting an enquiry through our Private Events or Casa Verde Circle pages does not constitute a confirmed booking or membership. All enquiries are subject to availability and confirmation by our team, and separate terms may apply to confirmed private events (e.g. deposit requirements, cancellation policies), which will be communicated directly.
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. booking or delivery platforms) provided for your convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.
Membership in the Casa Verde Circle is extended at our discretion and may be subject to application and approval. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue membership benefits at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
Menu items, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice and may vary by season. Prices displayed on this website are indicative and final pricing will be confirmed at the point of service.
It is an offence in the UK for anyone under 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol, and for anyone to purchase alcohol on behalf of someone under 18. We may require valid proof of age for orders containing alcohol and reserve the right to refuse such orders without valid ID.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
